If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund

If our product fails within 24 months of purchase due to any defect arising from a design or manufacturing fault you may return it for replacement free of charge. Please email your details together with information regarding date and place of purchase together with your complaint to returns@thebaggagescale.com following the procedure laid out under “ Returns Procedure ”  below.

Delivery pricing and times

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and delivery should be within 7 days of purchase. In the event your purchase has not arrived within 10 days please contact us.

Returns / refunds procedure

In the event that you wish to make a return, for any reason, please email us at  returns@thebaggagescale.com  advising us of your details for the refund and your purchase details with the reason for the  return. We will issue you with a returns code and advise you of the address to which you should send the goods. Please ensure that the returns code provided is included with the returned goods. Cancellations

If you change your mind about your order and wish to change your mind please email us at returns@thebaggagescale.com. We will cancel your order and process an immediate refund of your payment.  In the event that your order has already been processed and is delivered to you simply follow the returns procedure above
